Our flowers and gift items are perishable and, as such, are not generally eligible for return. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description and photographs of the issue where possible. We will review your concerns and, if a fault is found on our part, Nunhead Florist may provide a replacement or refund, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process. In circumstances where no fault is found, a refund may not be issued. Our liability in such circumstances is limited to the value of the affected products.
